Coulter Forge Technology, Inc. has the capabilities of producing open die and rolled ring forgings, in various materials, sizes and configurations. Using our onsite arch hammers, hydraulic presses and ring rolling equipment we stand ready to meet your material and delivery demands. Expanding on the experience of our president and employees we have also been able to add simple contoured shapes to some of our forgings, helping to save our customers both material and machining costs.
All of our parts are capable of being heat treated in accordance with your material specifications. Our in house heat treating meets MIL-H-6875, which includes both Steel and Aluminum Heat Treating

Our talented machinists give us the capability of machining your forgings in to range of configurations, whether it's for non-destructive testing, or just machining your parts closer to your finish dimensions to assist with your finishing processes, we have the capability to provide you with the dimensions and finishes you need.
